Let’s see what we can create together.
Frequently Asked Questions | FAQ’s
-
I primarily create custom artwork and designs for bands & musicians, brands within the Entertainment and Gaming industries, YouTubers and Social Media Influencers, Entrepreneurs, Small Businesses, Personal Brands, Street Wear and Apparel companies, and tattoo shops.
Although I try to stay away from luxury brands and corporations, if you are looking for designs with an edge to them, we may be a good fit for each other. Shoot a message my way and let’s start a conversation.
-
I carefully listen to what potential clients need and put together a unique proposal based on their situation and goals. The best way to get an accurate quote is to Book a Free Discovery Call or fill out my contact form to get in touch.
It’s important to remember that you are not hiring me just to design a simple graphic, but rather, to listen to your needs and design solutions that can problem solve and help grow your brand.
-
The length from start to finish depends on the exact needs and requirements of the project.
I also work on a first come, first serve basis and slots fill up fast.
Slot scheduling can be secured by paying a 50% deposit on a project.
A logo or branding package generally takes about 1-4 weeks. A website project 3-5 weeks. An album cover or t-shirt design 1-3 weeks.
I generally recommend at least 2 weeks for most projects to ensure that research is properly done and creative output is the best as it can possibly be.

Typically my design process goes:
Discovery - Learning as much as I can about your brand or business and what you are looking to achieve
Proposal - The solutions I think will best fit your needs
Design - I do what I do best, design visual elements custom tailored to your goals
Revisions - Your feedback is very important to me. At this stage, we work together to alter aspects of the design in a way that makes sense for your tastes as well as the design
Delivery - I send the final products off to you
Support - I like to keep the door open in case you need further help with your projects
-
Absolutely. Business is typically conducted via e-mail, phone, and video.
If you are local to the Chicago area, I would love to meet if you’d prefer but it is not necessary.
-
I only take on so many projects at a time to ensure each client gets the attention they deserve. Please send me an e-mail and we can discuss availability and project turnaround time.
-
For most projects, I require a 50% down payment for work to begin. The remaining 50% will be paid on completion of the project, prior to releasing final files.
Some clients may be required to pay 100% up front. Post-project invoicing can be discussed as well.
I accept payments via Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Cashier’s or Business Check, or cash in person.
-
Depending on the project, the file formats may change to fit your needs.
Anything going to physical printing will be delivered as a high-resolution print ready PDF. Social media and web assets will be delivered as .JPEGs and .PNGs in the specified dimensions and resolution of the desired platforms.
Brand playbooks and style guides will be delivered as a .PDF.
Logos are delivered as vector files in .EPS and .PDF formats.
Raw files are available upon request for an additional cost.

Although I try my absolute best to come to a design solution that satisfies your needs based on your brand aesthetics and goals, not everyone is always completely happy with their final product.
This is why I include 3 rounds of revisions with every initial quote. If more time is needed, additional revisions can be added.
When you’re trying to figure out if I am the right fit for you, I am also figuring out if you are the right fit for me. If I feel I won’t be able to fulfill your project needs, I will let you know before any work is started and see if I can recommend a designer who would be a better fit.
With that being said, all completed projects are final sales.
In the event that you would like to end a project before it is complete, you are not held responsible to pay the remaining balance. You will not receive final project files for any project ended before final pay. All deposits are non-refundable.
